Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Opened Bath & Body products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used Skincare Sets & Kits
  • Oral Care items (for health and safety considerations)
  • TOOLS & Devices that have been removed from original packaging
  • CBD products (due to regulatory restrictions)
  • Supplements (for health and safety reasons)

All sales on these items are final once opened or used.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the items securely with the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
